General Provisions

bd53 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "bd53") is an online casino and betting service platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any service, product or promotion offered by bd53.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account, per household, per device and per IP address.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• bd53 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse (arbitrage, bonus hunting) is detected, the account will be terminated.

5.3 VIP Program

bd53's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are calculated weekly and are withdrawable subject to applicable terms.

Fair Play Policy

bd53 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Using the platform from a restricted region.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable balance in the account before making the request. Requesting self-exclusion will result in the account being closed for a specified or indefinite period.
